    El Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) ha publicado una norma borrador que propone cambios en los Programas Nacionales de Almuerzo y Desayuno en las Escuelas, de acuerdo a lo establecido en el Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010. EL FNS recibirá comentarios a esta propuesta de norma hasta el 9 de abril de 2013.
