    El Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) ha publicado una norma final referente a la reducción de los limites máximos de metionina sintética permitidos en la producción de carnes de ave orgánicas después del 1 de octubre del 2012. Esta norma final rige a partir del 2 de octubre del 2012.
