    El Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) ha notificado la disponibilidad de un manual para los establecimientos en cuanto a la selección de laboratorios para la realización de pruebas microbiológicas. La agencia recibirá comentarios a este manual hasta el 7 de mayo de 2012.
