    El Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) ha publicado una propuesta de norma referente a la autorización de importación de cítricos provenientes desde Uruguay a Estados Unidos (continental) bajo un systems approach. La agencia recibirá comentarios a esta norma borrador hasta el 8 de abril de 2013.
